
SITE LOCATION
The site covers 7.21 hectares (Ha) and is currently in agricultural use, bordered by the Phase 1 Development on the northern edge. These fields are predominately grassland with each field being separated by trees and hedgerows. The site has a rural setting whilst being well-connected to the urban area of Worcester, which lies approximately 7.5km to the west.

The land at Froxmere Road, Crowle, lies within the jurisdiction of Worcestershire County Council and within Crowle Parish Council. Crowle Parish Council have led local improvement projects such as implementing the Crowle Wellbeing Project 2021 to the south-west of the site, making it well-placed to link these future amenities with the heart of the village.

The M5 runs approximately 3.5km to the west of the site with Junction 6 and 7 being in closest proximity. Junction 6 is the most easily accessible, and the new Worcestershire Parkway station is approximately 6km to the south-west of the site.
